Q. Do I have to be a member to use the message boards?
A. Yes, they can now only be used if you have signed up.

Q. I never received an email confirming my username or password, what do I do?
A. Please email us and include the email address you applied from and we will investigate the problem. You most probably entered your email address incorrectly.

Q. Can I register more than one username on the same email address?
A. No, and we have no plans to enable this.

Q. I've forgotten my username / password, what do I do?
A. Please click on the lost username / password link at each place where you can sign in. We will email your username / password to the email address you subscribed via.

Q. What if I can't remember the email address I signed up with / my email address has changed?
A. Please email us and send as much information as possible to help us figure which account is yours and we will send you your username / password and or change your email address.
